Promising Practices & A New Way Forward

Lend your voice and knowledge to help co-create a new Two Eyed Seeing Network

in support of Indigenous youth.

Roundtables to Define a
New Way Forward

The Two-Eyed Seeing Network brings together Indigenous communities, industry leaders, workforce and social development experts, and education and training providers to create a model for workforce development pathways that are practical, make sense, and help Indigenous youth know, access, and attain the high-demand jobs of the future.

Over the course of the last year, several key themes emerged out of our regionally focused discussions.  For this third and final series of roundtables, we are bringing the entire province together to participate in themed discussions to leverage network connections and create new pathways forward to engage Indigenous youth in the workforce.

We invite you to register for one or more of the next themed discussions using the link below.  Outcomes of these discussions will be unveiled at a provincial event in Spring 2023 and will be used to inform two-eyed seeing program development best practices, and, ultimately, increase participation of Indigenous youth in the workforce now and in the future.
